I'm just one person who gets an idea stuck in my head, can't quite let it go, and ends up building the whole thing myself — the design, the code, and all the unglamorous bits in between. No team, no roadmap, no big master plan. Just things I wished already existed, so I made them.

Lotus Convert
I wanted a way to convert files without uploading them to some server and hoping for the best, so I built one that runs quietly in your own browser instead. Convert WebP to PNG, merge PDFs, remove a background — nothing ever leaves your computer, because it never has to.

Amerika Shokudou
I wanted to figure out how to make real American comfort food using ingredients you can actually find at a Japanese supermarket, instead of recipes that call for stuff you can only track down through some obscure import shop. So I built the site I wished existed — everything here works with what's actually sitting on the shelf nearby.
amerika-shokudou.pages.dev ↗I keep the toolkit small on purpose. No frameworks I don't need, no servers holding onto your data, nothing more complicated than the project actually calls for.
